At NoSkip, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair refund policy. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be processed for our digital wellness services.
Since the NoSkip app provides digital wellness services and AI-based tools immediately upon signup, refunds are not generally applicable. However, a refund may be processed in the following cases:
Duplicate payment or accidental double billing
Technical failure preventing access to a pledge plan
Transaction failures not settled by Cashfree or payment provider
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
If you fail to complete the habit pledge
If you misuse or misrepresent your progress
For rewards claims (upcoming feature of cash and gift vouchers) after missed pledge deadlines
To request a refund, email support@noskip.in within 7 days of the transaction with the following information:
Transaction receipt, screenshot, or payment confirmation
Registered email address and/or phone number
Detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method, subject to verification.
NoSkip provides digital wellness services that are delivered immediately upon purchase and signup.
All refund requests are subject to verification and may require additional documentation.
We strive to respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days of receiving your email.
